What is the weight limit?
That is a good question.
We have over 3000 products in the shop, varying in weight from parts of a gram (feathers and jump rings) to several kilos (copper, wax, and plaster). If we charged carriage based on weight, the first thing we'd have to do is weigh product in the warehouse and enter the weight into the system - 3000 times. And we have your jump rings to pack, copper to cut, and feathers to count.
So we don't calculate your carriage cost by weight.
What we do instead is work out the cost to send you one box and that is the cost you see during checkout. We can put up to 30 kilos in one box, so once you have ordered and paid online, we pick your order and pack it.
If it is two boxes then there is usually no problem, we only charge you one carriage cost. However if it is a lot of boxes we might need to get in touch with you, to make special delivery arrangements.
