We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Derbyshire. We deliver throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland using Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Delivery to other international destinations may be available by quotation.

Free over £150 Free delivery on qualifying mainland UK orders of £150 or more excluding VAT.

International carriage costs vary depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and the products being ordered. We will provide a shipping quotation based on the individual order.

Dispatching Your Order

We process orders Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch orders promptly from our Derbyshire warehouse.

Orders placed after 12 noon may not be dispatched on the same working day.

During particularly busy periods, or where an order contains unusual, bulky or specialist items, processing may take longer.

Delivery times provided by us or the carrier are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise. Reasonable delays caused by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Additional Shipping Information

VAT: Carriage prices shown on this page exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Heavy or bulky goods: We reserve the right to apply additional carriage charges where an order contains unusually heavy, bulky or difficult-to-transport goods. We will contact you where an additional charge is required.
Delivery address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that the delivery can be accepted where required.
Failed deliveries: Additional carriage charges may apply where a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal of a valid delivery, failure to collect a parcel or another circumstance within the customer's control.
Damaged deliveries: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may require photographs of the goods and packaging so that we can investigate the damage with the carrier.
International orders: Standard shipping rates are available for the UK and Republic of Ireland. Other international destinations are quoted individually.
Order collection: Customers may arrange to collect orders from our premises in Peak Dale, near Buxton.
